Justin joined ThyssenKrupp’s sourcing division as a junior buyer in January 2014. The job scope covers the entire process from sending RFQ's to potential suppliers, to the pre-production approval processes required to get a new supplier to serial production. As a buyer, Justin serves as the main line of communication between the supplier and TKP, with responsibilities that include submitting NDA's and other legal documentation, PO's and purchase requisitions, among others. The job requires knowledge of SAP.

Chris also provides technical training to manufacturing leadership and associates by reviewing finish material changes and providing data-driven rationale for changes.

In his current position in EnVista, Blake is responsible for leveraging proprietary intelligence tools to research client issues and identify client business problems, analyze related data, and determine best strategy. He is also in charge of preparing all Quarterly Business Reviews by identifying anomalies and issues to discuss with clients, and driving continuous improvement by implementing process improvements and automations. Prior to joining EnVista, Blake worked as a Production Control Analyst at North American Lighting, Inc.

Wesley manages and directs other Green/Black Belts towards improvement projects. He is also responsible for reporting project updates to multiple committees as well as creating and providing educational and/or training sessions for UHI staff.

Charles (Joe) Carlson currently works at 3M as a supply chain analyst. He is entrusted with managing the North American supply chain for Scotch Blue Painters Tape and all related products. In his role as a supply chain analyst, Joe analyzes forecasts, demand planning, cost models, and manufacturing capacity levels, while striving to maintain safety and environmental stewardship across the entire supply chain. Joe graduated from the OSCM program at Indiana State University in spring 2014.
